Printed at 45 degrees print perfect apart from these corner areas
Good job on the clear picture of the problem.
It looks to me like the corners are curling up and causing the defect. Often this is caused by a failed part cooling fan. In your case the top sections seemed to have printed okay. Perhaps your part cooling fan is intermittently operating?
If you print the model on silent mode do the defects still appear? This will print the model at half the speed and will allow for more cooling.
