Similar issue with a fan for me as well - For me it is definitely the “Chamber exhaust fan” because I can modulate the frequencey of the humming by changing the speed (percentage). The noisy humming is most notable at 30%.
I can hear it in the entire flat while the rest of the printer noise is barely noticable a room away
