Strange surface artefacts – Could this be VFA

Hey everyone,

After I solved my initial printing issues, which were caused by moist filament, I’m now getting really great results thanks to the MakerWorld profiles. However, I’ve noticed some inconsistencies on my last two prints. I think it might be VFA, but I’m not entirely sure.

Coral Bowl
Here, it only appears on one side of the print.
Tripp Trapp storage box (modified for easy install)
Here, it’s visible on almost the entire model.

For both prints, I used the designer’s profiles and original Bambu Lab filament.

Do you think this is VFA? I just want to be sure before I start looking into possible solutions.

If the pitch is 2mm, yes that may well be it. But first do the How to clean the carbon rods for Bambu Lab Printers | Bambu Lab Wiki and Belt tensioning procedure | Bambu Lab Wiki. And of course a subsequent printer calibration. That may already help.
