The AMS display shows filament loading wrong. Only the bottom part going into the extruder show the right color. In the image white is loaded not blue. Resizing the window of the program repaints it correctly.
As an aside, you might want to check your desiccant pockets in your AMS. 4 is very high and the desiccant used dissolves in the water it captures and can overflow the pockets and leak into the AMS body. It’s corrosive so can ruin hardware and electronics.

@ user_3506673171: Removed the Desicants from the AMS. I’ve printed special containers that load in the front and back of the AMS. All is well. Thanks for the hint.
