Studio Update: TPU now supported in the left Nozzle / also drying while printing

Hi,

i just got the latest Bambu Studio Update (2.5.0.64). Regarding the Changelog, TPU is now supported in the left Nozzle but for whatever reason only the H2D is mentioned.

  1. Introduced support for TPU printing with the H2D left extruder.

:warning: Note:

  • Minimum supported firmware version: 01.02.30.00 (H2D)

  • The left extruder currently supports only TPU filaments with a hardness rating of 90A or higher

Also drying while printing was introduced but also only for the H2D.

@SupportAssistant what about the H2C (TPU and drying)/H2S (drying).

I was wondering why I couldn’t dry my filament remotely on my H2S. H2D only!!!

Unfortunately, I don’t have more info available right now, but it is usually something that requires a firmware update.

Please wait for the other printers to catch up with the firmware updates, and the Studio features should match.

Nice to see 90a on the left nozzle. Opens a lot of opportunity for designers.

Will this update be available for offline update? Please could you please reply on this issue since not all of us have opportunity to install online updates and last offline update was August, which is pretty old

My guess is its the 2.20mm TPU by Recreus.

Anyone got weird moves for prime towers? on latest version whatever needs prime towers they look bugged and they cause my h2d to crash its head to the side

Last version listed at Firmware Download is 01.02.00.00?

Because the .30 firmware isn’t released yet.

Do i understand correctly that the H2D also still requires an update? (01.02.30.00)
At the moment the latest version on the H2D is 01.02.02.00. If so, is there an ETA on when this update is released?

H2D. I’m on 1.3.x firmware and studio 2.6. Why am I getting an error with TPU on the left nozzle?
