When i follow a creator, i am likely interested in the work they are doing. Finding out they released something new is only available through the App - If you click “Designers / Following” - but you have to do this manually and there is no stream available that regular Maker World users on the desktop can consume.
I would love to see an option where users can opt in into the releases of an creator and get a push-notification about a new release if they opted into it.
Like i follow a creator and can manage the notifications i want to receive for each any everyone.
What do you think?
That used to be just “following”, now community replaced that 
Indeed creators were asking for that stream available on desktop…
There’s also collections that one could follow but that’s prety useless unless you subscribe to some good models curator (I found one 
)
It would be great to have some news and updates availalble under “bell” notifications or some other way.
that being said - push notifications are evil and disruptive.
I would also consider it a push, when somewhere on the interface a red bubble with the number would appear 
.
