Help! I’ve been trying to troubleshoot this random increase in layer height which is causing the nozzle to catch the layer, removing it from the bed, and failing the print. I couldn’t find anything on here or a Google search. Maybe I’m not articulating my query properly.
I’ve tried with and without Variable Layer Height, and I’ve been looking for a way to edit this layer. There is a logo modeled into the part just above this layer. I’ve printed this before, but now it just fails after I added the logo. I also found out it fails without the logo now. It prints fine if I cut below this layer and print the rest. This is on my P2S printing with Sunlu Easy PA.
Any idea what causes this?
I think I may have figured it out. Turns out this layer is a bridge and I went ahead and adjusted the Bridge Flow to 1 instead of 1.5. Off to another test print!
