Good morning. I am encountering a bunch or problems with collape on my parts. I run the same prints over an over and i only use bambu petg hf after being dryed over night. The only thing that ive changed is i upgraded my hotend with a complete hardened version from bambu. The collapse is accompanied by a slight layer shift
The bed adhesion issue strikes again.
How are you cleaning your bed?
I use dawn dish soap and a dash brush regularly, about once a week. Maybe not often enough?
I do it every ten prints. Works like a charm. How many prints do you do per week?
You mentioned changing the hotend. It’s pretty easy to inadvertently touch the build plate when changing it. I take the build plates out whenever I do maintenance for this reason.
Ill definitely give it a good cleaning, that’s the cheapest easiest fix! This machine runs propably 16 hours a day
Once a week may not be enough for 16 hours a day working. Try once every 10 prints
If you are mindful of where you place your hands on the plate/wear gloves I’ve found you can go a long time, even weeks without washing the plate. I do find that I need to wash the plate if I’m changing materials. IE normally print ABS on the plate and switch to PLA.
