I have seriously had the same user complain on one articulated profile of mine that it didn’t stick…then on another profile of mine they complained about removing the brim.
It’s an interesting transition from DIY/Enthusiast → general audience. I think most of us experienced 3d printers would never blame a model for not sticking, we would blame our plate, our bed, our z-axis settings, our print settings, our orientation, etc. etc. Now that we see a more casual userbase we’re starting to see users that don’t understand these nuances, and simply rate 1 star because PRINT NO STICK 
without even second guessing the fact that there are more fingerprints on their build plate than a crimescene.
I’m torn honestly. Sometimes it’s frustrating, other times I know I’ve been there early in my journey where I can’t get things to work and I don’t know what I don’t know yet.
