I am a big fan of MakerWorld and specifically MakerLab. I truly appreciate the approach to simplifying complex design processes.
I have a suggestion for a new tool in MakerLab that I believe would fit perfectly into the ecosystem: An AI-powered generator for tool inserts (with or without Gridfinity).
Current solutions like Tooltrace.ai demonstrate how brilliant this concept is:

You place your tools on a piece of paper (A4/Letter) as a size reference.

The AI recognizes the contours and automatically generates a matching STL file for Gridfinity boxes.
Why this would be a perfect addition to MakerLab:

No Paywalls: Many users (myself included) prefer MakerLab over third-party providers because BBL offer tools that simply work without charging for basics.

Gridfinity Integration: The Gridfinity system is extremely popular in the 3D printing community. A “Photo-to-Gridfinity” tool directly within MakerLab would be a massive win for workshop organization.
