I have updated firmware (and slicer) but my supertack markers don’t seem to be read by my X1. The marker ink is very low contrast (all of the printing is) on the plate.
Is it working for anybody? Is it just the contrast or is the code not in the firmware yet?
I don’t think it’s working for anyone. There’s another thread about it and this person pointed out that not only is the marker very light but it also appears to be out of line with the location on the other plates.
