Support ignoring to respond

Hi everyone
Is anyone else experiencing support not replying?

I have 2 active tickets , one was for bad batch if petg-hf that was returned to bambu and according to UPS it was delivered to their logistic center 6 days ago ! And support is ignoring to reply and issue the refund and credit they’ve promised.

Ticket #2 was for a faulty AMS lite that was supposed to be replaced so they asked me to pay them deposit for total cost of an AMS lite until they receive my faulty machine back! So I paid them and I received a unit that was clearly 100% used ! ( pieces of human hair on the machine , tangled! Missmatch ptfe tubes which was different in size and kept falling out of the filament splitter) so immediately I returned their used AMS lite and sent them all proofs from video of unboxing to post office proofs and ask them to refund my deposit and still haven’t got a single reply after!

I’m on urge to call Mastercard and file dispute since everything has been returned to them and tracking shows that was delivered.

Really frustrated with their support now !

It is unfortunately extremely common when they are not holding a sale and worse when they are.

Do not expect a quick reply, hope for a slow reply as I suspect it will be glacial.

Do not expect the reply to be the solution, expect many attempts at getting them to read what you wrote and respond to it.

They have an annoying habit of answering your question as if they never read a word you wrote.

I know that’s why I’m keeping my option of disputing it all through Mastercard and maybe then they learn to keep support as support ! I have nothing but issues with the A1 since it was out of its box and on the other hand no issues with my X1C what so ever! But most annoying part is the support . I’ve created another support to take care of the existing support ticket, that’s ridiculous.

Never a truer word has been spoken. I hate repeating myself just like dealing with 5yo’s when I literally need to S P E L L it out. I get there may be some frustrated support plebs who have to follow the book, and it must be hard when they can’t call me a $@#thead :slight_smile:

As to OP, a gentle nudge reply is fine as long as you keep it on topic. I find sometimes they’ll close it off unfinished if left too long (you’ll get the notification).

Yeah I’m having issues with dispatch and they are frustratingly slow
