I got an H2d that failed within the first 24h of ownership. I immediately opened a ticket, but of course, I’m waiting days for support to reach back out.
This leaves me in the nasty position of having a 4400 purchase that is broken longer than it has been working, and radio silence from Bambu.
Nobody believes the corporate cop out of “limited resources in support” excuse anymore. understaffing support and making customers have excessive waits on warrantied items is a CHOICE, and Bambu is telling me that after purchasing a 4400 laser combo, I don’t matter enough to even respond to an email within a day of opening a support case. Edit: Bambu responded to my support case within minutes of talking about this on the forums tonight. I hate to have to call it out in the open to get traction from the company.
Because sadly, while trying to engage with support directly didn’t get a timely response, I got my case responded to minutes after hitting the forums tonight.
There’s a new motor controller on the way. The question isn’t whether they will do the right thing, but that the delays are unacceptable, especially when they get a prompt response because someone takes it to the forum. it shouldn’t be this hard.
I’d still need to reassemble the machine, then repack it all, haul the thing to fedex, AFter getting bambu to take their time to generate return shipping, because I’ll be damned if I’m paying to ship it twice.
