what should i tinker to fix this?lower the top z support distance or lower it?thnx
For the future, yeah reduce the top z gap in small increments till it fuses. Then back off one step. 
for me it’s usually around 0.14 - 0.16. increasing interface layers can help but a lot of tree supports end up on the “tips” and no interface gets generated at all, so that’s not always something you can count on.
For the now, heat up the messy spots and smush it flat. Quick with a jet lighter, or targeted with a heat gun. You want to soften the outer layer only.
