Am using Bambulab Xc & their slicer. The problem: my finished part contains a horizontal plate 4mm thick, 40mm diameter & a central 20mm hole. (a precision washer) The washer is horizontal in the finished part and 10mm above the base plate, thus requiring support from the base plate.
The issue: to print a dead flat precise surface on both sides of the washer. The underside of the washer is always marked by the supports & I cannot make it smooth or flat enough. Also there is no room for post processing.
No,the finished part cannot be printed vertically & rotates at 4000 rpm! so has to be very accurate. Help please.
