Support not responding

Just wanted to follow up… received my toolhead board today, swapped it out (loved attaching the new tiny flat cable with my huge sausage fingers…). I am now back in action!

Well now. To add to the slap in the face, they are now on a week long “holiday” before even responding to me. I want this job. I want the job where you can ignore your clients for weeks. If I did that, I would be fired. Support needs to get back to me on this now. At this point, I just want a refund. I’ll buy from an established brand with good, established customer support.

Final update:
As mentioned previously I managed to get the device binding issue solved with a bit of luck.

Today I agreed to print the missing rubber pad from TPU and i got a 15EUR voucher. I would of preferred a new rubber pad but I guess it would be more expensive for Bambu to send a new pad.

Now to figure out how to import custom filament settings to the AMS…

You do it in the slicer. There is an edit button next to each color that you can change each filament. That will save all your filaments to your account, then every time you logout/login you will be asked to sync profiles.

If your are doing custom flow and PA, you have to turn off the flow calibration on the print menu before the print starts.

Hello, what was the symptom of your printer to conclude that your printhead board is out of order?

I have been waiting for over two weeks for an answer. Initial auto reply was I would hear back in three days. Since the last update I get z axis error and cannot use the printer at all. So far I’m not happy with that. :frowning:

Hello, I have ordered a X1C on the 03/09 but today I’ve recived only the accessories and there isn’t any others tracking info, is there a way to get in touch with support since I’ve payed for the all printer and just got an extruder and 2 print plates?

The printer and the accessories most often ship in two separate packages so don’t be too worried yet. Mine came 3 days apart.

Does somebody know where is located the support team for Europe ?
I looks like there is a time delay in emails, like as if they were sitting on the other side of the world…

After preordering the a1 mini, I waited a month for it to ship (expected). Unfortunately it was “lost” in transit and neither bambú or UPS will assist. Very certain it was stolen due to my location but it’s still never went out for delivery. I’m just sitting here with $600 spent and no one to explain how to resolve. This has really made me reevaluate buying a Bambú device. So much hype to just be let down.

The support is really disappointing. I had a ticket open regarding a voucher, which was initially answered positively within 24 hours.

The voucher was supposed to be sent to my email address within 3 days - but nothing ever happened. And yes, of course I also checked the spam folders.
Kindly, the ticket was then simply closed after 3 days.
I then opened a new ticket and made a friendly enquiry. The answer was: “Read what I wrote in the last ticket”. Thank you for that!
So far nothing has happened, although I have asked repeatedly. I now send an e-mail every 3 days so that the ticket is not closed again without having achieved anything…

I have 1500 euros of printer thrown in a corner gathering dust and another 100 euros of pla and abs

I’ve been waiting for an answer for 5 days, the x1c printer doesn’t work, according to people from the forum it’s the AP board, the printer doesn’t work…

I replaced it with p1p because I had a similar symptom, strangely enough, at a similar time, I bought it and now I’m waiting for someone to help me change the sn numbers from the old one to the new one.

I’ve had serval issues with my printer before, and they were resolved fairly quickly. Wait time were 2 days tops for a reply.
BUT, with this new one, I’ve been waiting for 10 days and nothing yet. I’m having strong second thoughts right now! losing my patience here.

update I waited for 10 days for the response from support but still nothing I tried to write to him everywhere including social media and I tried to open more tickets but after 10 days still nothing, now I’ve got PayPal involved because my patience is over and honestly I have I spent that kind of money to get a footstool, I don’t really like it

after the last time I wrote in this forum and numerous messages in social networks and via email,
I received a response in the morning and support told me to return the printer, with a sorry message,
sorry for my english but I’m learning, im from italian.

further update here,
after they responded to me for 3 consecutive days (one response per day) they never heard from me again, they told me that they had to give me the label to give them back the printer and that they had to give me the payment information to block my money and let me have it another until my route had arrived.
since Wednesday 6 March they have completely disappeared without any information they have left me completely hanging I can’t really take it anymore I have reached the limit and I intend to take legal action with paypal, I have been waiting for 2 weeks now for a damn new printer for then BE FORGOTTEN
