Support under whole surface- how to setup?

I spend several hours for read some topic and adjust support option. My general problem (I think so) is that slicer not place support under whole overhang suface- quality of first layer in this place is very bad (generally is whole overhang looks not nice). Finally I need support in place who I mark as circle. In attachment is three view od my model.

Anybody know where to switch this?

To control support and avoid expansion, set type to manual and style to snug:

The snug style doesn’t expand to all overhang areas:
Snug Support

And the manual type allows you to define (“paint”) where to place the support:
