Supports behaving badly

I have no idea what is going on, didn’t get any answers from discord (waited 2 days and left the server).

Last couple of previous versions of studio, I have some issues with supports.

  • Previously studio reminded me about overhangs/supports, not anymore.
  • When enabling supports it doesn’t add those where it previously added automatically.
  • When adding manual supports… wtf?!? (see pics)

So can someone please explain and help, what the heck is going on?
I haven’t changed any settings and tried orca with same settings and it’s fine, no issues.

Edit: Finally found an older version of Studio (2.3.0.70) and this generates supports just fine.

Are you able to provide the .3mf file for analysis?

Yes it is, because it didn’t generated supports automatically.
And image below is results of latest version of BS and image below that is 2.3.0.70 version and same support enforcer, but after slicing supports did stayed where I wanted.

welp, after uninstalling latest and tried 2.3 it had no issues and now reinstalled 2.4. uninstalled and rereinstalled it again, no issues.
But, I uninstalled 2.4 before with delete user data and installed without syncing user data and it had that same issue as I mentioned earlier…
But unfortunately I have to say it’s working now, next time… I’ll save that .3mf file and attach it here. My apologies.

No issues anymore, except that it doesn’t recommend adding supports if angle is more than recommended. 2.3. has a same thing. (and sometimes I forgot to enable supports…) is there “fix” for it?
