- Hi! Any help would be appreciated. When the model starts to print, the supports on the bottom fail and create stray supports on certain parts. When taking the supports out once fully cooled, they leave the model as shown in the photo. What can I do to fix this?

- Slicer settings used: Supports: normal (auto)
0.4 diameter, 0.2mm layer height 0.4mm nozzle- Type of filament used: Basic PLA
The smooth half-circle is against the build plate?
Supports should start on the build plate. There is a setting that allows you to prevent or allow supports in various regions.
I may be looking at model wrong but it looks like it starting the support structure well above the buildplate.
