Hello everyone, i keep having this same artifact whenever i print this model, the artifact is always in the same spot, i tried tightening the belt to no avail, is it the model or is the printer? if is the printer what setting i’m doing wrong?
in particular the “scratches” on the edge, how do i avoid them?
Are the pictures showing the top of the part? The top photo seems to show some evidence that the top layers might be too thin, (ripples due to ringing) , or allowing a bit of filament sag if the supporting infill is too sparse.
The scratches may be due to nozzle (or buildup on the nozzle) dragging across the part. Maybe add one more layer to see if that stiffens it up. I don’t know the particulars, but maybe insert a nozzle wipe pause in the code before putting down the affected layer.
