Would you say this looks like wet filament, incorrect ironing settings, or something to do with flow calibration, extruder, etc.?
The two most important questions first:
- Did you perform a Flow Rate Calibration?
- Did you perform a Ironing Calibration?
One of them “No”? Then there’s no need to give tips yet; you need to get the basics right first. For ironing, it is absolutely necessary to calibrate; you cannot use the settings from others.
I already did everything. Still have this problem.
But then the problem should already occur during the ironing test, right?

Post the 3mf so we can see settings, otherwise it looks like ironing isn’t dialed in. Large flat surfaces behave differently than small ones, annoyingly, so you will just have to experiment. If you have a pic of the ironing test swatch you can see the progression and see which direction you need to move settings to get less ragged
Edit: ok based on that swatch and the result, I would start at 25%/20mm and hold speed constant and increase flow by more if needed
Here is the 3mf hope you can help and if you already here i had some problems with layer lines and now switched the settings that its slower and it prints the outer line first do you think thats good.

The next step would be to do the test for large areas, since you also have a large area. I have linked the test for you in my first comment.
But you can already rule out the following: filament and wear and tear on the printer. It should now only be a matter of settings. So far, so good.
good to here thanks i will do the large surface test and also can you look at the 3mf model i postet it down here. Would be nice if you give me some feedback on the settings and if you would change anything.
I’ll take a look at the 3mf and write down what catches my attention.
Basically, I would start with a profile that stands for quality as a basis and then enter the ironing settings from there. You have now only used a standard quality setting. For example, the 0.16mm High Quality.
The ironing settings themselves look good. As I said, you would have to test them on large surfaces, but the values seem plausible.
Your infill is grid, which isn’t really suitable for achieving attractive surfaces. Of course, there’s another layer on top, but these are minimal factors that can add up. Not saying that this is the cause of the error, but there is potential to improve it. It’s better to use Gyroid.
Alternatively, or in addition, perhaps increase the top layer from 5 to possibly 8 to 10. As I said, that’s not the problem, but your goal is to have a stable surface when the printer is ironing on it.
So far, the conclusion is: no mistakes, but definitely choose a quality profile!
But I would rotate your object by 90°! Your ironing path is extremely long! I’ll show you with pictures:

I don’t know what I am Doing wrong. Look I switched all settings so the Print was better because I Slowed the outher Lines down but I had to stop the Print because of This ironing unbelivable bad. And in the ironing progress the ams Wasnt moving or so Slow that I couldnt see it. I have a Video of that but I can’t Upload them here. btw. i edited the model a little bit.
I also Printed a Flat Plate now to Look at the ironing. So ironing is Not so good but ok with same settings. But the colar is sometimes more brighter and sometimes darker.
Ironing is not easy to get right. It’s asking the printer to do extremely low flow for extremely long periods of time and not everything complies nicely.
That being said, we do have 3 pieces of data
The 3mf you shared has 25% flow | 20mm/s, and the print you shared of it exhibits surface raggedness. If you look at the swatch test you shared, raggedness in this filament appears to be cured definitely as you move down, and gets worse as you move right. So to make your print better, I would move flow 2 steps and hold still on speed. So maybe try 35% flow | 20mm/s
I read up on the subject once; some people increased the temperature when ironing large areas and had good results. However, I did not find much else, except that people really had to calibrate the entire printer almost to perfection before it worked on such extremely large surfaces.
In your case, there is also the filament to consider:
Black and matte. That’s pretty much the ultimate challenge when it comes to ironing, because you can see every little mistake.

If I compare that with yours: I can use almost all fields in my test; it’s really just a matter of tiny minor details.
This is one of those cases where you’ll probably have to spend days optimising the 3D printer. You’ll need to calibrate and optimise every single detail of the 3D printer, and then test it repeatedly.
so i now changed to 32 and it looks wy way better just some fine tuning and it will look really good. But i have one question. I have this layer line problem and it starts when the overhang on the outerline beginns to print (marked in red). I hope you understand what i mean.
