Syncing with Android and PC

I have an H2C, and love it. I create something at work, and then send it to the printer which is home, and when I get there I didn’t have to wait 5.2 hours to print. That part works.

And when I set up my Android, it initially - after I bound it - worked the same. I could print something from the Android, and when I got home and hooked up my computer, it was there.

But lately I note that when I have it bound to my computer, and then try and look at the print on my Smartphone, it says I have to bind it. So then I have to go to the printer, log out, and then grab either the QR code with my smartphone or the ID and bind it to my Smartphone. But that new ID now shuts down my laptop. It’s not allowing me to have 2 devices hooked up, but it used to.

What am I doing wrong.

Sounds like you’re logging in with 2 different accounts. The account on your computer is different than the account on your Handy App.

So initially when I bind, they have to be on the same network, but after I go to work or use the Smartphone, they are on different networks and it’s ok? Alright, tonight I’ll have them both up and bind them with the same ID code and see if that works.

Thanks.

If are using the cloud (which Handy needs) then yes, different networks are not an issue as long has they both have internet access.

It’s not the ID code that is the issue, you need to make sure you are logged into the same account on both Handy and Bambu Studio.

Thanks a lot. I think I understand now.
