yes tried to update a file and also tried to upload a new items and both sitting in limbo land
same here been a day it might be bc of the new update

I have tried twice today and both just say verifying still hours later.
Still waiting 6+ hours later, 10:37pm
AEST.
Submitted support ticket, no response yet.
Mine finally published about 8 hours later…
all mince got automatically pushed this morning 
I think someone at Bambu gave the server a kick. My updates have been going through without problems this morning, thank goodness!
Currently almost 2 hours waiting on one to verify models, and the other just for an updated picture on the public profile.
Sharing my data points here, yesterday my new models took around 12 hours to publish.
Did a test today by updating description of existing model, still verifying after 5 minutes, the issue is definitely still going on
Well… I’ve had a reply to the ticket I raised. Here’s the pertinent section:
”The verification time can vary depending on several factors, including the model file size and specific parameter settings. Because the verification process involves multiple checks, different models may require different amounts of time to complete verification. Currently, the normal verification time for uploading models/profiles is up to 24 hours. We appreciate your patience during this process.
If your model remains in the “verifying” stage after 24 hours, please provide a screenshot of the status along with your model files so that we can investigate the issue further and help resolve it.”
So…big surprise, apparently this is “normal”.
After such a dramatic increase in the amount of time it takes to verify a model, I would have hoped for something other than a canned response.
The least they could do is acknowledge that something has changed.

How did this take 5 days to fix and to communication to users that I found?
Do you nit have process service tracking for faults and slowdowns?

I have to agree with this. I raised a ticket about this issue, and the reply was that the time it was taking was normal. Now they say they’ve fixed the “issue”. Which one is it?
Don’t get me wrong, I’m glad it’s fixed, but a little honesty wouldn’t hurt.

I uploaded a new model yesterday. It took about 10 minutes to be verified. It was a huge improvement.

verificaton takes quick, but now model stats do not get refreshed, my last 5 models show 0 interactions/downloads etc.
It’s still slow today. Something has changed. But, it gets there eventually….
Just verifying the photos in the profile is taking up to 20 minutes. I’m trying to upload a model with 40 profiles and it’s taking me ALL DAY. Jeez!
