Tearing Off Supports

If I use my fingernails, will the supports come off clean, being weaker than the filament? Kind of worried doing my first print and if PLA is beyond my strength to damage the 3D object. :wink:

If the settings are good they should break off pretty effortlessly… having said that, these never hurt…

What will hurt is if a piece of plastic ever goes underneath your fingernail… you’ll never forget it.
