Points coming in are not given to you, or points after the 7 days are given.
I assume ppl are still able to consume your models during the week downtime.
I also claimed my first card yesterday or day before, with so vague info on this will probably not release anything before i find what kinda landmine i’m stepping here.
So it’s been well over 48 hours and your models are still posted. Either you came to a resolution with MW or you were bluffing…

Hi mw, really thanks for your support, yes the account are now at normal stage, the 200 points were reassigned, but the points from the downloads of these days were not, I guess those were lost? I still tried to request the vouchers again and was put back in check for 5 days, thanks for your help

How long did you wait for the first support response after reporting the problem? Because 2 hours later you had the final answer.

Can you explain why you have blocked seemingly every single user from redeeming gift cards since sometime last week?
It is a huge change from the previous system, with massive delays, and goodwill reducing fast.
You have caught small users with their first gift card and massive users without a blemish in the same net.
Zero communication occurred before the change.
You also timed it during the sale and when many staff attended a trade fair.
what about your gift cards now, do you have to try to redeem them again or will it be considered in this ticket?

no, only the 200 point of penality, i think i have lost insteat 1000 / 1500 point in 4 day from download
TY for the info, hope you’ll follow up on this if they do return the point’s accumulated during the “ban”. Would really be good to get this info out there, and even more so have proper explanations and rules in place so this does not happen again, arbitrary rules just do not cut it.
Hope you will also receive those back, i will refrain from publishing anything until my own Gift card decision is made so i don’t find my models best period generating nothing.
I have a strong doubt that I will be blocked again now that I have requested the redemption of the cards again…
Well if it make’s you feel any better, i think the system atm is pretty broken and wont stay as is. Eventually they have to come around and fix this system, there is no way you are first given a OK and then at the same time cant get your points, or can this “ban” stream continue with no one reacting and affecting makerworld’s own business.
Hence i can’t see a situation where they don’t evolve out of these growing pains they are having currently, hopefully sooner than later, and you among others will be compensated to the amount that you are missing if have been applying to these “rules and guidelines”.
