Tests / signs to determine worn nozzles?

Hi Everyone,

I’ve been using the hardened steel nozzle + hardened extruder gear with my P1P and I’ve printed few items using Overture PET-CF and also glow-in-the-dark PLA.

Obliviously I expect even the hardened nozzle to be wear at some point with these materials but I was wondering what is a good test or sings of a nozzle that is worn out? I’ve haven’t used abrasive filament with my previous printers before so I am not sure what to look for.

If the results are as expected, it’s working, and you don’t need to worry about it.
You will notice issues when it starts to fail.
Just keep a spare one nearby when the time comes.
