The a1 is a disgrace to the bambu lab name. i hate the a1

UPDATE

new .4 hardened nozzles and the 2 a1s are up and running, will keep room under 90 degrees f, as heat creep must have gotten the best of those a1s nozzles, will not iron for a while as well to rule out heat creep for good.i tried cold pulling, using the included needle cleaner and pushing nylon through the nozzles, but it must be a micro clog or id need cleaning filament specifically to clean them out for good.

Bambu support sending new filament sensor for the one a1 that hasnt worked out of the box will see what that entails.

Like earlier poster said the a1s dont seem to have the cooling capabillity of the p1 and x1 series even with no enclosure i though itd be a non issue, my room would get to 104 at times in summer and they never skipped a beat. room was averaging 87 degrees and peaking during midday at 90 during clog events.

this as expected was largely my fault as tons of a1s arent in these conditions and are working fantastically im sure. bambu support has been nice and as fast as can be expected. look forward to using these great 3d printers that have turned a fun hobby into a little side business. look forward to buying a dozen more p1s’ if theres a black friday sale this year. hopefully this helps others
