I have an A1 and it was working earlier today but now it is just showing a black screen. The camera still works as I am able to see the camera in the slicer so just wondering why it stopped working in the app.
I have closed the app but have not restarted the phone
I am using an android phone.
I think I found the cause. I noticed I get the black screen guaranteed if I have the computer and the bambu handy connected to the camera.
I currently have a black screen too after I watched till the end in the bambu handy app. And it told me at the end that it had 2 connections going, which is why it blocked me out at the time.
So basically when somehow a second connection is going to the camera, we are getting a black screen permanently. Which requires a full reboot of the printer to fix.
