The extrusion motor is overloaded. H2C. Rate my setup

Hello,

I have searched for this and loads of threads pop up but I wanted first hand direct advice on my set up specifically.

I keep getting this error message on my h2c and do get it now and again on my h2s too.

I’ve had it a few times for the last few days printing at 0.2mm nozzle with no colour swaps on the h2c.

I running a 4 to 1 bambu splitter with the wiping pads removed.

Does my 4 in 1 splitter where it goes into the printer need to be more straight? Or more ptfe even?

Not sure how to progress with it please! Or if it’s even anything to do with the splitter.

The first picture is my h2s and the second is the h2c.

And just remembered I had it on my h2s yesterday

I’m printing petg for both, could it be a material thing? I’m fairly certain I don’t get it on pla

LOL that made me laugh :joy: is this in relation to the path?

Do I need to make it more sweeping do you reckon?

Yeah make it easier to get through and probably shorten the path

HOLY CORDS! Looks like you have a lot going on back there my friend. Looks to me like you just need a more gradual entry going into the splinter and that will help.
