At the end of a print job, a message appeared stating that the filament could not be retracted.
I then tried to do it manually, but it is blocked somewhere.
Where could the problem be?

I would start by manually pushing the filament cutter in and let it pop back out. Then take the PTFE out of the top of the hotend and see if it’s free at that point. Where are you pulling from when you say you couldn’t manually remove it?
Assuming you are using an AMS?

Yes, I have an AMS.
We can narrow it down. Did you try to manually push it in and remove the PTFE tube from the top?
I may not push it in nor pull it out. It is blocked.
I removed the tube, the filament is inside and cannot be moved.
It sounds like you may need to go all the way down to the extruder gears. Somewhere on that route you should be able to spot the issue.

Are you able to operate the filament cutter? I think thats what @PrinterMcgee was referring to by “push it in”.
I would suggest it’s in the extruder, esp if it’s “stuck there” when you removed the PTFE from the toolhead. I assume that’s what you’re talking about.
Use the cutter as suggested and cut the filament. That cut will be just below the extruder. Unless the motor is engaged you should be able to pull it out from there, maybe use pliers or whatever to grasp it.
If the motor is engaged, just turn off the printer and it should pop out.
Here is the page in the wiki (strongly suggest you read it, will be very helpful. Bookmark it) for replacing the extruder. Simply follow the steps to remove it, pull the filament out, reverse.

The issue was actually quite simple: the filament was blocked somewhere in the AMS. I cut it and was able to pull it out from the back, which surprised me greatly, as I couldn’t move it yesterday.
But anyway, I reinserted the spools and all four filament ends were fed in correctly.

the cutters eventually get word down over time, your printer came with replacements
But the problem wasn’t at the Cutter level, it was in the AMS. Why I was suddenly able to remove it is still a mystery to me!
