For a long time now I have been seeing increasing problems with printing on my P1S printer with AMS2. With each update, more and more problems with printouts, messages ranging from a clogged nozzle to incorrectly rolled filament (Original BabmbuLab PLA). I checked the extruder, the filament feeds without any jams, but on Bambulab Studio there are constant errors intermittently. And somewhere on the Internet I came across a description not to run Bambulab Studio, but to disconnect the printer from the Internet and upload printing from the card. I did so and surprisingly, everything went without a single error, and before that the same printout error after error. Can someone explain this? Is Bambulab playing any games to buy newer equipment?
I have a p1s on the latest firmware, and I have not had this problem. That is really weird.
I’m surprised by this situation, the same Filament, the same file for printing. With Bambulab studio and the Internet enabled, error after error. Without the Internet and downloading from the card, printing goes without a problem.

I have two P1S machines I rolled back to 01.08.02.00 because after the firmware updates, my machines went to cr@p… prints would go stringy with dried filament, extrusion issues, clogging issues, did everything Bambu support suggested… nothing they suggested worked, so I rolled firmware back, and problems went away

Bambu Studio sends the file to the cloud which downloads it to your printer just as if you copied it to the SD card, so I’d think it very unlikely there would be any difference. It doesn’t print “from the cloud”, it is always printing locally off the SD card.
just dont update and use bambu lab suport or replace some parts or ask AI that sometimes helps

Call me crazy, but I use Orca 2.3.0 + P1S fw 01.07.00 + 2x AMS1, all software or fw are pre-dated before bambu connect.

I found out that 0.1.08.â– â– was buggy and caused all sort of problems mid-print, then bambu connect happenned. Go figure.
Thank you for the tip, I will do as you wrote and see if it helps me too.
