Just the model infringing copyright. But the profile looks like he uploads only copies, so if identified enough of them he’ll get taken down.

Your belief that a blatant thief will be taken down is admirable.
Personally, I have never seen a blatant thief removed, just the profile or model if you’re lucky.
The rest of the account will be littered with the same thefts, but, MW will never proactively review the other models, they have no incentive to.
This particular user has uploaded their entire catalogue of what appears to be stolen models in the last 48 hours.
One incredibly obvious theft.
The SNES headphones, yet another featured model (like mine above) that was just stolen without a care in the world or concern of any consequences.

@Tanklet Would it be a reasonable request to have some clearly visible rules about accounts ripping off models being taken down and properly penalized for such actions?

Reasonable yes, likely no.
Sorry if I sound jaded, reporting as many models as I have and to have such dumb reasons provided when not enforcing their rules has left me disillusioned.
I used to review every single model uploaded every day. Not any more, my incentive used to be action taken.
These days it is stupid justification for not doing something and that is if you are lucky, more often or not, these days, no action with no response is more common.

After admitting he downloaded my design and used it to create his ‘version’ he has now edited his comment to make it look like he never said that.
That was the excuse MW gave, they said I misread what he said, yet he used his own words to say he copied mine, used mine as the source at best that is a remix I don’t allow.
Now he is trying to pretend he is too dumb to have understood what was said to him when he replied.

Ignore him, don’t block or you will not see whatever “stuff” he gets up to.
The scummy thing about that crazy curves guy is he admitted using MY model to create his, and then, edited his admission to remove it. Then, as always, MW ignores he had admitted he stole my work to create his. At best that is a licence-breaking remix. Rules MW, follow your own rules!
Last night I received a DM in MW asking how I created the texture on one of my Fidget Gyros/Spinners and how I made the whole thing.
I asked why, and he said he had created two of their own, then just a week ago, uploaded them here. (I saw both)
He went on (over LOTS of individual messages) that he had removed the textured one, leaving the smooth as there was a patent on fidget spinners with 3 rings.
He “liked” my texture and thought if I showed him how to create it and how I created the rest of my spinners he could then create one like it himself as he FORGOT how he created the the ones he made!!!
How do you forget how you made your models? Whilst my textures go through a lot of prototypes until I am happy, I can’t forget how I made them and I have an inoperable brain tumour!
His claim of a “trademark reason he pulled his textured version” now sounds like someone had his model pulled with a copyright claim. I called him on it and he got angry, VERY angry.
I pointed out, that it is not possible to forget how to make a spinner if you have made one before, the trademark reason made no sense and his wish to move from a 3-section to a 4-section gyro/spinner- which is my signature design, then coupled with his wish to know how I designed them.
I shared I would be watching out for his future models as he has essentially told me he wants to duplicate my style, my textures - my models and if needed, I would make copyright complaints against him.
He went nuts and then continually DM’ed me. 30+ messages.
I will continue to ignore someone with such an attitude and check his models as he has a stated plan, and he believes I am too stupid to understand that him saying he doesn’t know how to create his models and wants to know how I designed mine, wants to use 4 sections, and only has STLs of his original work, no source files - doesn’t mean he wants want s to copy my models and benefit from the knowledge, testing and audience I have built up.
Keep in mind, I didn’t create the idea of Fidget Spinners/Gyros, I wasn’t the first here either.
I DO NOT claim any IP about them. I do however believe that anyone wanting to duplicate mine is something I should be aware of and concerned by.
