I’ve been having issues when printing anything on the left side of my printer, first layer is not sticking well at all. I’ve noticed that the first layer on the left side appears much more thin than normal, and the lines don’t fully blend together leading to gaps in between the lines. Then, the ASA will warp starting on the left edge of the print bed, no matter the part orientation. This renders the left side of my printer useless, and I’ve been forced to print everything on the right side of my printer. I realize the aux fan is the one thing that’s only on the left side of the printer, but it is off in the slicer. The printer has nearly 9000 hours on it and is excellent otherwise. I’ve cleaned the bed and with and without glue, the issue is unchanged. I’ve confirmed that the bed temp is same as right side via IR thermometer. Tried different ASA brands. I’m out of troubleshooting ideas.
Below is picture of a mouse ears, left ear is from the left side of the build plate, the right is from the right side of the build plate (I scooted them closer together for easier comparison). The gaps in the lines on the left I believe are leading to my bed adhesion/warping issue.
Filament is dry and I’ve confirmed the aux fan is off. Please advise.
