Only time I hade messed with these cables where when I changed my hotend cooling fan and I have done at least 100+ hours after that change without issues.
When I took out my right hotend assembly I found both cables completely lose from the socket. I have put an order for a new one and also claimed warranty since it must be manufacturing error. From what I can see they are not janked lose or broken away, just came lose when I dismantled the assembly.
