This should give a fair bit of flow. In my experience, flow limit is somewhat lower on single line infill than on walls due to instabilities, so maybe lower flow by 10 to 20%?

Hello, good news is your printer and filament are fine. Bad news is there is a bug with Lichenstein castle where the bottom is not completely flat sometimes which is causing all of these problems. You can fix this by putting it slightly under the build plate in the slicer.

May i ask where did you get this information and how come my A1 mini is smoother than butter when printing the same model on a smaller scale?
It really is intriguing because the model itself is printed by many people and they have nothing to say about it.
Many others are having the exact same issue with this model. It printed fine on my P1S twice but this is a known an ongoing issue with the model. Sometimes it can download with non manifold edges which cause the bottom to not be flat.

Actually you are probably right, this does seem like it may be wet filament, but pretty sure it’s not an issue with the printer.

"During the printing of grid infill, there are intersecting points within a single layer where the Z-height remains the same, but the nozzle has to pass over the same point twice.
As a result, there is friction when the nozzle passes over the point for the second time.
In general, this does inot affect normal printing (although it may damage the printed model if the infill speed is too fast).
Fill patterns such as grids and triangles involve crossing within a single layer, resulting in a phenomenon where the nozzle appears to be scraping or rubbing against the model during the printing process. This is normal.
To address the issue of scraping or rubbing, the following meaasures can be taken to reduce the intensity or avoid intersecting paths:
Reduce the printing speed and increase the printing temperaturre (by 10-15 ℃)
Choose infill patterns that do not have intersecting paths within a single layer, such as gyroid.
