Tinkercad 3D Software

First time using Tinkercad 3D software? Let’s get the problems out in the open and see if we can improve it for everyone.

Problem: Getting parts on the same plane. Best way I have found is to access the workplane tool. Grab it and move it to the desired plane on the first piece and then click on the 2nd piece and hit the letter “D” on the keyboard. The 2nd piece will jump to the plane you applied to the first piece. To remove the plane just grab the workplane tool and drag it to the newest workplane and it should disappear.

Need any tips on multiple parts created on Tinkercad then exported into Bambu Studio, I split them from each other so I can either print one at a time or get them in the best orientation, BUT when I split into objects it move internal connected parts and the printed seems to not be seamless in section’s

ANY PRO TIPS are greatly appreciated, I have very little hair left

Try exporting the stls out of tinkercad one at a time, rather than the whole scene.

Based on your text, I’m guessing the example scenario is you have 2 main objects, and each one is comprimised of 2+ smaller objects. In tinkercad, use “group” tool to strongly combine your main objects, then with just one of those main objects selected, export. Then export the other one. Import both stls individually to the slicer

My man, I’ll try that, really appreciate it. Makes sense
