Tiny holes in wall PETG HF

I am looking for some help with an issue I’ve been experiencing. I found one similar post, but the problem described was slightly different from mine.

For the past few weeks, tiny holes have been appearing on the walls of my prints. I have been running these same files with the same filament for a while without any previous issues.

On a 50mm x 50mm x 25mm square print, the holes appear on all sides, though some sides look better than others. On a round filament storage container, the holes only appear on the back, while the rest of the print is fine. I have confirmed this is not a seam issue, as the seam is aligned elsewhere and looks correct. Since it is localized only on the back of round print, I am wondering if it could be a mechanical issue.

Setup & Materials:

- Printer: Bambu Lab A1

- Filament: BBL PETG HF (Confirmed dry)

- Configuration: Printing directly from the AMS with an Eibos dryer on top.

What I have tried so far:

- Adjusted temperatures between 230°C and 250°C.

- Reduced print speed by 50%.

- Skipped the AMS and printed from an external spool.

- Replaced the nozzle with a new one.

- Replaced the extruder gears.

- Tensioned the X and Y belts and performed a full calibration

- swiched fillament rolle

Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

That looks to me like a random seam setting. Try setting it to aligned or painting it manually

Thanks for the reply. But No the it`s not the seam setting. I already aligned it.

I investigated and run some test. I found out that the holes are indeed from moister in the filament. I only assumed the filament was dry after 65°c 8h drying. But I can clearly hear the little pops.

But here is the weird thing. The holes are allways more in the back of a print. Is there a thermal diffrence from front to back of nozzle?
