I am getting tiny holes all over on the top side with TPU85a. How can I get rid of this?
The TPU has been it the AMS-HT with silica for 36 hrs. I dont think its a moisture problem.

That doesn’t dry filament.
Silica gel cannot actively dry out wet filament on its own. While it is a powerful desiccant that pulls moisture from the air, it lacks the heat and airflow required to draw absorbed water out of the plastic spool.
Logically speaking:
Bubbles, blisters, or popping sounds on your TPU top surface are typically caused by moisture trapped in the filament (which boils into steam in the hot nozzle) or printing at too high of a temperature
You need to dry the filament as it is highly likely it has absorbed moisture. Drying requires heat.
It was in the AMS HT at 65C for 36 hours.
TPU can be very annoying to dry. What’s the brand of TPU you’re using? TPU can take 70-80C to dry depending on various conditions. 65C is on very conservative end.
Did you happen to weigh it before and after? How much moisture was lost?
What is the brand and specific name of the filament?
36 hours is far too long and that can damage the filament.
The print is 18hrs. I dried it for 18hrs @65c and started the print.
What do you have the seam set too..??
