Tips for slicing a dice model

Hello,
I have made some special dice and, in order to save filament, I have not printed them in two colors but painted them myself. The dice numbers, which are actually round, now look very square. This is especially on the sides. On the top and bottom surfaces, everything has become very nicely round.
Is there any way to adjust the slicer to improve this?
I only have a 0.4 mm nozzle and have already set a layer height of 0.1 mm.
Thanks for help
Micha

Not really unless you want to print in very thin layers using a very fine nozzle.
Far easier is this:
Print the holes a bit smaller and less deep then required = use the dots as a guide
Drill press with stop makes sure you get straight holes of identical depth - round holes.
Don’t forget to de-bur the surface with a larger drill or very sharp knife blade…
