I also like my Criality S1 Pro. What they’re playing is grazing in neighbor’s garden or solving other companies problems and not there own.
With I-Fast, I hope for QIDI what Bambulab has brought with the X1C (not with dual exdruders, but you can’t have everything). Bambulab is now doing what Creality does. QIDI delivered what many expected from Bambulab… so everyone always has something to do by reminder Prusa and Creality that time doesn’t stand still at all. I get your point but never say never 
Maybe one of them will go back a little, but that will level off again. This way they don`t stay out to far of each other and keep pressure to each other on a perfect way as long as they don’t have a big daddy which can build a car brand and shoots a few rockets into the sky - one that is in the top 100. Name me a car brand that is the one and only leader in all segments. Vietnam didn’t win a single battle against the USA but they won the war… Microsoft wanted to take over all mobile phone segments and is no longer in the mobile phone market at all… Except of one example is it called free market economy.
