Has anyone else been told by support that damage to the left hotend cables was caused by tool head hitting a model?
The cables on mine have failed after more than 1000 hours of use. To my knowledge the tool head has never collided with any parts.
Would the constant up and down motion of the left hotend during printing cause the cables to disintegrate like this?
