Toolhead bumping into front and back of printer?

Hello,

I just received an H2D Printer, and I was moving the toolhead via the buttons on the screen. After the toolhead got to the front (and back) of the printer I hit the same direction one more time on the screen. The toolhead rams into the printer like it thinks there is more distance to go. Is this normal? I cant remember having this happen on my X1C (I cant check because its at my other house).

Also on the Y axis movement there are these “arms” in the back left and right that when the toolhead gets back there make a loud clicking sound - is that normal? I dont remember hearing that in review videos.

EDIT: Solution for the banging is to just home the Toolhead.

(As you can tell I literally just got the printer, have no even printed yet)

Thank you!

The “arms” is what the cutting mechanism is utilizing to push the blade when cutting. Agreed though, it is quite loud and always occurs when the toolhead is moving into the back of the printer where it does it’s things in terms of purging and changing.
