Hello everyone, I’ve changed the toolhead rear and mid cover on my x1c (buyed on October 2023) and now my front cover won’t fit. The new cover also are different than the older one, different texture and color. I have also to buy a new front cover? 
Is this normal?
Am I missing something?
I’ve ask to the support and they told to me “check if u have install them correctly” I was sure also previous but I’ve checked anyway and they are install correctly. The mid and rear are perfectly aligned without any imperfections and if u check the photo with the red circle is clearly a different shape
Also on the right the front is shorter than the rest of the body, I don’t know. On the left is aligned. I’m a little bit confused
I don’t think it is. Clearly. A different shape.
If anything there’s a little wear there, but it’s not a different shape. Nor is it ill fitting. Unlike the middle and back the front is designed to be pulled off the head. This repeatedly can lead to some wear on the edges.
If absolutely NEED it to fit closer, buy a new one.
Yes but it also higher than the rest of the body, it hasn’t any sense, if it need to be closer it need also to be more high than that
Also if u see carefully my front has an angle where it lock to the mid but the new mid is flat on the same spot. On the right is also shorter… I’m so confused. This can affects the hoaming? I’ve done that after carbon rods replacement. They also send to me new tensioner pulley and before I can’t even see the lever for adjust the angle now I have more than 4mm out and a totally different tension on the belts. I really can’t understand what is happening

The only thing they’ve changed on the toolhead cover is it comes with a different brand fan now. Looking at the picture I think the wire coming from the cover is pushing against another wire. Can you see if you can move the wire that it’s pushing against?

I’ve tried but still nothing change, maybe a little better. I’ve ordered a new front and let’s see… it is better to not use the printer if the front isn’t aligned on the right? I’ve checked again the mid plastic and is perfectly aligned with the frame of the toolhead
