I am printing a model that fills the bed and the top layer quality it terrible, but what is strange is that it is only the left, right and front edges. It looks like the nozzle temp is not maintaining. Those sections are duller in color, and it is quite rough. Any ideas?
Is you top infill pattern monotonic?
If so, you might have too much cooling.
I may be imagining this, but it does look a bit like the right hand edges warped upwards a little, which would give rise to top layer overextrusion.
In that case, newly dryed filament, a slight increase in chamber temp and mouse ears could already resolve the issue. If it persists, a slower speed and/layer height can also help.

Yes, it is monotonic. How do you reduce the cooling for the top layer?
Thanks, I looked at the print and put a straight edge on it and it isn’t warped. It was just the way the picture looked.
The latest firmware struggles to maintain a consistent temperature when the fan speed is set too high.
I’ve had to fine-tune many of my profiles because of this.
However, I don’t think that’s the issue in this case, since the problem appears as soon as the fans start up.
