I have been trying to solve this issue on this print for about a week. It started out as horrible Z-axis lines on the print, even one layer that was almost missing. You could pull the top red layer off the print. So we cleaned and lubed everything, changed nozzles, did a full calibration and then did this print. The Z-axis layer issue is gone. Print sides look okay. But this print tore itself up on the top top red layer. I have been reading all morning about the Aux fans and cooling those top 3-4 layers. Does this look like the same issue? I cannot see how this would only occur on the top red layer and that piece is in the middle of this large print. The print is full plate on the H2D. Right nozzle mostly for this one.
I printed a smaller version of this to test the flow and nozzle and it came out fine. It seems to only be this really large, long print time that has issues - which sucks as it takes 29 hours to print. Then lose … 3x.
