Top surface quality on Corners PLA, seeking for advise

I’m new to 3d printing, and I’ve been making some test prints to start my learning curve. I designed a gridfinity holder for my circular cutter. I printed this in PLA Mate but the top corners look under extruded.

smaller prints came out fine

I’m guessing it’s because of the larger size (6x4 gridfinity tiles) and the infill type causing the model to lift up in the corners, but i’m not sure. the build plate (supertack pro) was attached to the corners but might have warped up from the heat bed.

Possibly you can make a picture of the sides at the corner, but this looks like a warping issue.

You might want to check if the bottom is flat at the corners. But I think they are not.

Large parts tend to warp, even with PLA.

You might want to consider breaking the top surface by adding little grooves at 50mm intervals that are just a bit deeper than the top surface thickness.

Sometimes a different infill that doesn’t have long diagonal lines helps also.

Which infill would be less stiff? I believe this part has rectilinear infill type. Is there another material which would warp less?

There is also a sag-line on the side of the wall, is this also because of the warping?

Thanks also for the idea to make the grooves to release the stress in the print. I’ll try that if a different infill isn’t working.

Yes this is what I expected already. The warping is the reason for this to happen.

The infill that causes less warp is for instance the gyroid. But the are others that dont have straight lines and therefore generate less warp.
