Has anyone with an A1 printed with Bambu Lab’s TPU 85A? On their website it says it is not compatible with the A1 but I am not sure about that.
Mainly because I am currently using another brand of 85A shore TPU (Extrudr Flex Semi Soft) and it works without any issues on the A1 as long as I feed it directly from the spool holder on top of the printer instead of using the AMS Lite.
I have printed it and it suffered some under extrusion. I have now printed this mod and I can now print it without any issues:
I am not fully satisfied with this mod though, the model is hard to print and the resulting lever a bit too flimsy. But it does work!
Another issue is that Bambu TPU is extremely sticky and wound up messy, so it is harder to pull from the spool than other TPU’s
You have another lever mod. I recommend the two-part version instead of the monoblock version because it is easier to print, and the functionality is the same in the long run.

@NexNex2024 did you try any of the post mods? If so how did your print turn out? I’ve tried one print with BBL TPU90A settings and it was under extruded big time.
I have printed Creality CR-TPU (i think it is 85A) with reasonable sucess. It usually is sitting around in the dryer on top of a few packets of that drying stuff, so just before i print with it i will dry it for 6 hours and when printing I print at the silent speed with is 50% of regular design speed, also I do NOT use the AMS, use the external spool port. Because at them time using the AMS Lite for TPU was not recommended.
Yes i have with the lever mod. Calibrated flow ratio…pressure advance…zero issues. I love it

What calibrated flow rate do you mean and what do you mean by “pressure advance?”

each filament ideally should be calibrated. bambu studo makes it really easy. youtube “bambu filament calibration”
