I’m new to 3D printing and I’m preparing to run my first TPU print using TPU 95A HF on an H2D.
I’ve searched the forum, Facebook groups, and the Bambu Lab Wiki. Most of what I’m finding focuses on softer TPU (85A/90A) and top-feed setups, but I’m still unclear on the correct approach specifically for TPU 95A HF on the H2D.
My setup:
Printer: H2D, AMS: AMS HT + AMS 2 Pro
What I’m really trying to understand is:
-
Which filament path should I use for TPU 95A HF? (side spool, dedicated TPU inlet, rear inlet, etc.)
-
Which outlet/port on the H2D is recommended, especially when AMS units are connected?
-
What is the correct setup process before starting the print? (how to physically route the filament, which inlet to select in the UI, whether AMS needs to be disconnected/disabled, and any prep steps before hitting “print”).
I mainly want to make sure I’m feeding the filament the right way from the start so I don’t create avoidable issues.
I will really appreciate the help.
Thanks
