I’ve pulling my hair on why one model print just fine and the other which is very similar does not do well. All the same settings with the stock preset TPU 95A HF. any clues? thanks
Maybe try doing the calibrations on Bambu Studio?
It just so happens that this particular shape is going to require a lot of travels with the default settings, and TPU is a stringy filament, so you’ll get this result on this print but not necessarily on others.
In the quality tab, try enabling “avoid crossing walls” - that may reduce travel moves. Also, make sure your filament is super dry.
Depending on your part needs, you could also relocate the seam via seam painting to the middle of the shape, rather than the ends.
Also, a propane torch makes fast work of TPU stringing.

Hey OP, just looking at your pictures more closely, it looks like your extrusion is very uneven. As I mentioned earlier, your filament may need to be dried better BUT also make sure your filament feed path is SUPER low resistance. There can’t be any drag on the filament or it will not feed into the extruder properly - resulting in uneven extrusion.

I already got the “avoid crossing walls” on, and filament is dried..
Good idea with painting the seam on the middle. gonna try that, I let you know.!
I have a hot air gun meant for rework SMD soldering that work pretty well also to get get of the strings..
