TPU Assist Module assembly

I’m having a difficult time assembling the TPU assist module. I printed the parts in Bambu Lab PLA. I’m on step 11 of the Wiki. I can’t seem to get the Shell (part 6) over the power module body. The tolerances seem really tight and the grooves at the top don’t seem to line up. Can anyone provide some guidance?

If I could make a suggestion, consider building this up using the MIM low profile housing instead.

I assume it can be mounted on a P2S? Is a new bracket needed?

It may need a new bracket, I’m not sure.

Thanks for this suggestion. I printed the enclosure and the bracket. It fits together much better than the suggested model.
